Every Delft Watch Works timepiece is crafted with passion and personal attention. We expect the same care and pride from our customers in wearing and maintaining their watch.

Warranty – Two years coverage for mechanical defects not caused by the user. Wear, accidental damage, misuse, and accessories are not included.

Activation – Activate your warranty by contacting us within 30 days of purchase.

Use – A mechanical watch is precision work. Wear it with care. Avoid intensive sports activities and wet conditions. The Oostpoort is a dress watch, intended for refined occasions.

Service – After the warranty period, the watch can be serviced by any watchmaker certified by Delft Watch Works.

Transport – Delft Watch Works is not responsible for damage or loss during shipping.

Parts – Brand specific spare parts are available through Delft Watch Works.
